Ingredients

- Tomato ketchup: 3 tbsp
- Vinegar: 2 tsp
- Water: ½ cup
- Chili flakes: ½ tsp
- Pepper: to taste
- Spring onion greens: for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Cabbage Balls:
- Grate the cabbage and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Add salt, red chili powder, ginger, garlic, corn flour, and all-purpose flour to the grated cabbage.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Form small balls from the mixture and set them aside.
